RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final, and Raven Book Shop does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances due to the personalisation of products
If you are a resident of the European Union, United Kingdom, or Australia, you have the right to a return and refund on NON PERSONALISED products within a period of 14 days beginning with the day after purchase.
Process is as follows once purchased:
1. Email ash@authorashraven.com to request return
2. Post return at your own cost. Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
3. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

All items purchased from Raven Book Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
